Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with our application ("App") that integrates with Meta platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Meta Business Suite.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Remove the App via Meta

1. Go to your Facebook or Meta account Settings
2. Navigate to Apps and Websites
3. Locate our App
4. Click Remove

Removing the App immediately revokes all permissions and stops further data access.

Option 2: Request Manual Deletion

Send an email to:

Include the following:

• Your full name
• The email associated with your Meta account
• Your Facebook User ID or Business Manager ID (if available)
• A clear request for data deletion

What Happens After a Deletion Request

• We verify the request for security purposes
• Data associated with your account is permanently deleted or anonymized
• Deletion is completed within 30 days, unless legal retention is required
• Backup systems are purged according to our retention schedule

Data Covered by Deletion

This includes, where applicable:

• User and business identifiers
• Page, ad account, and messaging metadata
• Automation logs and configurations
• Stored messages or content related to enabled features

Legal and Compliance Notes

Some data may be retained if required by law, regulatory obligations, or Meta policy. Any retained data is securely stored and isolated from active systems.
